Spiš is a region with 3 UNESCO sites within an hour's drive — Levoča, Spiš Castle, and Dobšiná Ice Cave. Add 280 km of cycling trails in the Levočské Hills, gorges of Slovak Paradise, thermal spas in Vrbov and Poprad, skiing in Levočská Valley and the Tatras. For those seeking quiet — Levočská Valley is a former lumberjack settlement tourists haven't found yet. The High Tatras are just 47 km away.
