This single-nave, twin-towered church is 61 m long and 28 m wide. The interior is decorated with colorful paintings that will awe many a visitor. Above its main entrance is a pediment with statues of seated angels and a stone coat of arms of the Esterházy family. In the smallest section, Výtvarní umelci regiónu, you will find 11 paintings by the painter Anton Dubrovský, a native of Šoporňa. The historical exhibition Mlyny a mlynárske remeslo deals with the development of milling in the area of the Malý Dunaj river and the lower reach of the Váh river, from its beginnings up to the end of the 20th century.

Vodná nádrž Kráľová is located on the border of the Trnava and Nitra regions between the towns of Sereď and Šaľa. It was also tasked with carrying out professional astronomical observations and establishing a public observatory. The grand opening of Hvezdáreň a planetárium M. R. Štefánika took place on November 29, 1958. Alongside the observatories in Prešov, Levice, and Humenné, it thus became the fourth scientific research institute for astronomical observations in Slovakia established after World War II.

Kaštieľ v Hlohovci, also known as Hlohovský or Hlohovecký zámok, is the most significant historical monument of this beautiful town in the Trnavský kraj region. Originally, Hlohovský hrad stood on this site, built in the 11th century. The first written mention of the original medieval castle Hlohovec appears in the so-called Zobor Document from 1113. It was owned by Matthew Cák, the Ujlaky family, in the 15th century it became the seat of the Hussites, between 1524 and 1636 it was in the hands of the Thurzo family, and from 1720 it belonged to the Erdődy family. It was the Erdődy family who rebuilt the original castle into a Baroque manor house and brought it to the form we know today. In 1945, Soviet troops entered the town, and Hlohovecký kaštieľ became a hospital for Soviet soldiers. For a certain period after their departure, a garrison of the Czecho-Slovak army was stationed in the chateau. Today, the chateau is owned by the town of Hlohovec, which protects and continuously improves its historical jewel.

This small bee kingdom, as the locals fondly call it, was founded in 1930. At that time, it originally served as a vocational school for future beekeepers. In 1932, the apiary clearing was handed over to the Regional Headquarters of Beekeeping Associations in Slovakia, and gradually, from 1961 onwards, the construction of the beekeeping open-air museum began. Its gates were opened to the public in 1975. Today, this unique beekeeping museum offers you displays of truly unique hive collections. It gathers unique materials about the development of beekeeping, how we as humanity can use it in various areas of our lives, and last but not least, about honey production.
