Just a stone's throw from Liptovská Mara, the beautiful Kvačianska, Prosiecka, Demänovská dolina and two aquaparks Tatralandia and Bešeňová, is our newly built Villa Liptovská Mara. The excellent location and quiet location will ensure a stay full of relaxation, tourism and fun. With us you can devote yourself to all the activities you have not had time for before.
We will be happy to rent you our villa, which is located in the village of Liptovská Anna, throughout the year. The interior is furnished with modern furniture and adapted for 8 to 10 guests. Upon arrival, you will be charmed by the airy, open space, which combines a relaxation area with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a number of high-quality electrical appliances, including an induction hob, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, combined refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, toaster and dishwasher. You will sit at the dining table for a shared lunch, and you can enjoy your morning coffee in style at the bar counter.
You will finish your day's activities by relaxing on a large, comfortable sofa where the whole family can relax. In the evening, watch a fairy tale with your children or play on the PlayStation. The night part of Villa Liptovská Mara consists of four double bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and the other two are equipped with two single beds with the possibility of variability. If necessary, you have a sofa bed available, which when unfolded serves as an additional bed for two people. We have not forgotten our youngest guest, for whom we have prepared a cot and a children's dining chair.
Of course, there are nice toys and a trampoline in the garden. The interior spaces are closed by two bathrooms with showers and toilets. Basic hygiene items, towels, a hairdryer and a washing machine will bring you more comfort from your accommodation. The villa has a landscaped garden with an area of 788 m² and a view of the Low Tatras, which invites you to a garden barbecue. There is a gazebo with lighting, a garden swing and an outdoor fireplace in the exterior. The entire building is covered by a stable WiFi internet signal, which will allow you to send photos from new places to your loved ones. And if you can't imagine a vacation without your four-legged pet, simply take it with you, the accommodation is free of charge!
The surrounding area offers endless opportunities for spending your free time. During the summer, you can enjoy water sports on the calm surface of Liptovská Mara, go hiking to Čerenova skala and the aforementioned valleys. On your wanderings, be sure to visit the Demänovská Caves and the unique Zoo Kontakt. If you are an adrenaline junkie, try the Hurricane Factory freefall simulator, an action-packed shootout in the Liptov Lasers arena or a sightseeing helicopter flight at Heliport Liptov. If you decide to spend a few days with us in the winter, during Christmas, New Year's Eve or spring break, you will certainly appreciate the many ski resorts and groomed cross-country trails. The popular ski resorts of Jasná and Malinô Brdo are only half an hour away by car.

Páčilo sa nám úplne všetko od čistoty, moderného vybavenia celej vily, prístupu personálu, až po nádherné prostredie navôkol. Vonku bola trampolína, vybavenie pre deti , miesto na opekanie. Plus boli dve kúpeľne a 4 izby. Ideálne aj pre dve rodiny.

Príjemná, priestranná vilka s kompletným zariadením. Kuchyňa vybavená so všetkým čo potrebujete naozaj nie je nič potrebné nosiť so sebou. Ocenili sme vonkajšiu terasu, gril, ohnisko, altanok. Všetko bolo po ruke dokonca aj drevenné triesky. Check in bol jednoduchý, majiteľ v prípade potreby na telefóne. Cítili sme sa tu ako doma.
