Welcome to TRIA House Liptov. New building in the Liptov village of Ižipovce with a beautiful view of Liptovská Mara and the Low Tatras. TRIA House is built on the outskirts of the village, near the forest and untouched nature of the Choč Mountains, under Čereňová Rock. Liptov's cycle paths lead directly past the accommodation. All attractions are within easy reach: Thermal Park Bešňová, Aquapark Tatralandia, ZOO Kontakt, Liptovská Mara, the town of Liptovský Mikuláš, the ski/tourist resort of the Low Tatras (Chopok 2024 m.a.s.l.), the town of Ružomberok, the ski/tourist resort of Malinô Brdo and many others.

TRIA House Liptov offers you relaxation in a stainless steel hot tub with a view of Čereňová Rock, and recharging your batteries in a Finnish sauna. From the spacious terrace of the house there is a unique view of the beautiful nature of Liptov. Breathtaking Low Tatras towering over Liptovská Mara.
Accommodation is available throughout the year with a capacity of 17 people. TRIA House can be reached via 2 barrier-free entrances. On the ground floor there is a large spacious apartment with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet. On this floor you will also find a Finnish sauna with a cooling shower. If necessary and comfortable, you also have a washing machine at your disposal.
The heart of the accommodation awaits you on the first floor. A unique social area, a living room with a fireplace and a spacious kitchen will allow you to spend time together and a pleasant sitting full of laughter and fun with your loved ones and friends. One step will take you to the spacious terrace of the house. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a family room. There is also a barrier-free entrance to this floor directly from the garden of the house.
The second floor of the house is a relaxation area with two family rooms, a separate bathroom with toilet, and in the hallway there is a pleasant space for the little ones. Toys, board games, and storybooks await them there.
