For others, a whole spectrum of intermediate slopes and several black, most demanding sections are intended. This part is served by two ski lifts and a chairlift. The Komjatná – Studničná lift is 150 m long. A part of the village, Studničná, lies on the northern edge of the Veľká Fatra mountain range. The slope of Sivá skala offers a unique view of the village in the valley, bordered by tower-like limestone crags.

The ski resort is located at an altitude ranging from 760 to 907 metres above sea level. The best thing about the Žiarce resort is the fact that it offers skiing for all difficulty levels. Here you will find 4 ski lifts, thanks to which you can forget about long lines and ski from morning to evening almost without a break.

The total length of the ski slopes is 1,130 metres. These are divided among all difficulty levels. In the lower section, there are two lifts intended exclusively for beginners. Easy blue slopes are available for them, where they can learn their first metres on skis under the supervision of ski instructors.

For everyone else, two additional lifts are available. The shorter one also offers the option of a descent along a blue slope, while the longer one is for more experienced skiers. The upper part of this slope is even designated black and, thanks to its incline, presents a challenge even for seasoned skiers.

Naturally, in the ski resort you will find a snack bar, a ski school, artificial snowmaking, and on certain days of the week, you even have the option of night skiing. What could be better after a good dinner than a few more hours of skiing on the slope?

Pavčina Lehota is also a popular starting point for more well-known ski resorts. During the tourist season, you will meet many other tourists here. You will enjoy adrenaline skiing or snowboarding in the snowpark, which features man-made obstacles. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will surely be pleased by the 550 m long, artificially snowed track. The circuit is permanently illuminated and regularly groomed by a special snow groomer. Before skiing, entrust your ski and snowboard equipment to the hands of professionals. The most modern ski service in Slovakia, which boasts top-notch equipment and a testing center, will take care of perfectly waxed and sharp edges.
