The Komjatná – Studničná lift is 150 m long. Since this is not a ski resort in the true sense of the word, do not expect any additional services here. However, with your own skis and complete equipment, you will definitely enjoy a good ski session. Naturally, the slope is not covered by artificial snow, and the lift is only in operation under good snow conditions.

Among the main benefits of skiing in Komjatná, alongside the intimate atmosphere, is undoubtedly the picturesque nature. A part of the village, Studničná, lies on the northern edge of the Veľká Fatra mountain range. The slope of Sivá skala offers a unique view of the village in the valley, bordered by tower-like limestone crags.

Despite an altitude of approximately 1,400 m above sea level, this ski resort has very good accessibility by car from the settlement of Podsuchá. Due to a stretch of mountain road, however, it is important to have snow chains ready.

An experience for the youngest skiers will certainly be the popular evening ice skating on a natural rink with lighting. A major draw of the mountain resort is also snowtubing, an adrenaline ride on an inflatable tube.
