You can plan your tour of the museum every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Visitors will also broaden their horizons in the field of theater, which has a more than 150-year tradition in Šurany. Part of the exhibition is also dedicated to the oldest musical ensemble in Šurany, which is the šuriansky tamburáši. The development of ethnography is presented by an exhibition dedicated to traditional folk clothing or crafts such as basketry or ceramics.

An interesting feature is the model of the town of Šurany, which replicates the appearance of the town from the second half of the 17th century. During this period, the Ottoman-Turkish occupation prevailed in our territory, and the aforementioned Šuriansky hrad, which the model depicts, also resisted the expansion.

In the summer months, you can enjoy refreshment at the Prírodnom kúpalisku Tona Beach natural swimming pool, which you can find on the outskirts of the town of Šurany.
