Advanced skiers have 3 ski slopes marked in red at their disposal. They offer a sufficient gradient, and on the longest of them, you will enjoy up to 1500 meters of first-class descent. The most experienced skiers will appreciate the presence of the most demanding, black section in the lower part of the resort. Others do not need to worry, as this most strenuous part can be bypassed by two simpler alternatives.

Meander Skipark Oravice extends at an altitude of 785 – 1055 meters above sea level. You will find almost 6 km of ski slopes here, and transport is taken care of by 4 lifts and a modern four-seater chairlift with heated seats. Your comfort is paramount in Oravice. However, to enjoy it, you need enough snow. This is taken care of by a modern artificial snow-making system, which is provided in almost the entire resort.

Sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for in Oravice. There are long kilometers of cross-country skiing trails, a snowpark with jumps and various obstacles, or even a slalom course where you can try what it is like to be a star of the slopes.

Try to imagine that you go down the slope, take off your ski boots, enter the locker room, change into a swimsuit, and you are in a thermal pool with pleasant hot water. If you want to teach your children to ski or snowboard, enroll them in the ski school. Lessons are intended for both children and adults. Experienced instructors will teach beginners their first turns. More experienced skiers will refine their riding technique, and snowboarders who want to pursue this winter sport will surely appreciate the instructors' help as well. The ski school also offers carving lessons. This skiing technique of "carving turns" without losing speed gives skiers a new dimension of experience.

The ski resort also offers a top-notch ski service for your skis, where helpful staff will inspect and wax them for you. If you do not have your own equipment, rent it at the ski and snowboard rental shop. Throughout the day, the restaurant located directly within the resort offers traditional Slovak and vegetarian dishes with the option of outdoor seating.
