Villa pod hviezdami Jasná

We invite you to our cottage Villa under the stars Jasná, where you will certainly spend a fantastic vacation during winter, summer and other seasons. Our accommodation is located 50 m from the Lúčky ski lift in the top ski resort Jasná Nízke Tatry in Demänovská Dolina.

We have prepared accommodation throughout the year in our luxurious and fully furnished apartment cottage Villa pod hviezdami Jasná, the total capacity of which is 16 adults and one child. You can rent the cottage as a whole or by separate accommodation units. It is divided into the following three, almost identical apartments:

- Apartment 1 on the ground floor for a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out bed + 2 extra beds in the living room on the couch, without a view,
- Apartment 2 on the 1st floor for 6 people, which consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a TV, a second bedroom with two separate beds and a pull-out bed + 1 extra bed in the living room on the couch, access to the terrace, with a view of the ski slope from Chopok,
- Apartment 3 on the 2nd floor for 6 people, which consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two separate beds and a pull-out bed + 1 extra bed in the living room on the couch, with a view of the slope from Chopek from the balcony.

In each apartment, you can relax perfectly from the worries of everyday life. Each consists of a living room with a TV with satellite reception, board games and a couch. Each living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchenette, which includes electrical appliances such as a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, immersion blender, toaster, toaster, waffle iron and a dining area. You will also find spices, tea, coffee, oil and vinegar here. You can treat yourself to a refreshing shower after an active day in the bathroom of each apartment. In addition to the shower, it is always equipped with two sinks, shower gels and shampoos, towels and, in larger apartments, toilets. At the same time, each apartment has a separate toilet with a sink. We also have WiFi internet connection.

Apartment 3 has a balcony. In Apartment 2 and 3, the fireplace in the living room creates a pleasant atmosphere. In addition, this apartment has a terrace with seating and a TV in the bedroom with a double bed. When ordering the entire cottage, the terrace can be used by all guests. In addition to seating, there is also a grill on it. We will be happy to provide you with a kettle for cooking goulash or you can roast food on an open fire in the hearth. Upon agreement, we will lend you a cot and a high chair for free. A ski room with boot dryers is available for all guests. We have a large enough space to park your cars directly in front of the cottage. We are looking forward to you!

There is a forest right next to us, so you can enjoy picking berries or just easy walks during summer days. Near us there is also the rope park Tarzania or Rocky Mountain Bike World Jasná, where cyclists will especially enjoy themselves. With children you can visit a place full of fun - Maxiland Summer park Jasná. Pleasant views are also offered by the lookout tower at Ostredek. If you would like to discover what nature can do, visit the premises of the Demänovská ice cave. In winter, in addition to skiing in the aforementioned ski resort, it is also possible to cross-country ski on groomed tracks.

The landlord requires the right to shorten or completely cancel the guest's stay without the possibility of returning the deposit, or part of it, if the guest's behavior violates the agreed rules (Accommodation Rules) and also if there are other persons in the Villa under the Jasná stars who are not regular registered for stay. In case of interest in a stay at Villa pod hviezdami Jasná by a larger number of people than stated and calculated in the sent price list, the lessor will prepare a modified calculation of the price for the stay, or upon detection of a violation of this rule, the owner applies a contractual fine of €100 to €300 for each person who is there without notifying the owner.

Parking:
In front of the accommodation facility, it is possible to park vehicles for free during your stay (maximum parking capacity is five cars). In the winter months, we recommend parking with the rear of the car against the wall of the accommodation. In the parking lot, it is possible to charge your electric car via two external 250V /16A domestic sockets and one 32A (16A) / 400V socket, using the daolar 11kW EV wallbox with charging timer, 3-phase wallbox for electric cars Type 2 (CEE 16A) with delayed start and current adjustment, or you must bring a car charger to charge your electric car from the domestic electrical network.
