    Čisto, dostatok súkromia a slobody, dobrá východisková poloha, dobrá cena za ubytovanie, ktorá umožňuje priemernému turistovi zotrvať na tomto mieste aj dlhšie ako týždeň, čo nie je častý jav. Reštaurácia v objekte, blízko kaviareň, čerpacia stanica, obchodné centrum, pekáreň.
