PODHÁJSKA - If you want to taste the water like in Iceland, you don't have to travel there. Just go to Podhájská (Nové Zámky district). The well is 1900 meters deep. The surroundings of the village are decorated with more than 100 wooden sculptures. The village has its own thermal swimming pool, which is known not only in Slovakia but also abroad. The swimming pool, which is growing from year to year, belongs to the village. It operates all year round. The healing water from the geothermal well is responsible for this.
