The village of Košťany nad Turcom ranks among the top 10 towns and villages in the Turiec region. It offers essential services such as a medical center with a doctor for both children and adults, a pharmacy, a primary school with nine grades, a kindergarten, grocery stores, two pensions with restaurants, a confectionery, and excellent transport connections to Martin.

The village of Valča is located under the outcrops of the Lúčanská Mala Fatra mountains, at the mouth of the Valčianska and Slovianská valleys. The village is approximately 11.5 km from the district town of Martin. Partisan bunkers are located in the Valčianska valley. One of the parts of Valč is the Dielec Forest Park or Dielec Sports Complex, Valč people call this part Dielec. There is an evangelical cemetery, a football field, two stands and the headquarters of the Physical Education Union Družstevník Valča, a stage, a dancing "circle", i.e. a place in front of the stage for dancing and an asphalted area together with an amateur-built "skatepark". In summer this part is fully used either for football matches or football, firefighting and other entertainments and competitions. From the cottages you can reach various hiking and cycling trails. The most popular hikes include Zniev Castle and Blatnický Castle. Climbs to the peaks of Javorina, Tlstá and Ostrá, or Malý or Veľký Kriváň.

Very close proximity to the bus stop which can take you to the town. Nearest big supermarket is about 10min drive away.

Dobry dojem zanechali aj domaci z Terchovej, vzdy s usmevom na tvari. V okoli apartmanu a Terchovej sa da navstivit nespocetne vela miest a atrakci, ta priroda je tam ako z rozpravky.

It's alright. You won't be dissatisfied.

It's very convenient, that the cottage is placed so close to the center, but on the other hand totally near the woods, so you don't feel, that 5/10 min by car you can reach the "civilisation" :), amazing!

None attractions at the town, but there is very good skiing place near the object and a few kilomtres away is very good city Martin with various turistic attractions.
