The location is absolutely superb. Demänovská Dolina is surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, with plenty of opportunities for walking, sightseeing and enjoying the beautiful Slovak countryside. It is also an excellent base for exploring the Low Tatras.

The village is located right next to Liptovský Mikuláš at the foot of the Low Tatras in the lap of beautiful nature with magnificient views of the mountains. In the village at the foot of Mount Poludnica there is a top ski resort Opalisko with excellent prices. 19km from the village is the largest ski resort Jasná. In winter you can go cross-country skiing, ice skating. Directly in the village is wellness. From the village you can go hiking to the Low, Western and High Tatras, to caves, on scooters from Žiarska cottage, cycling, mushrooming, rafting in wild water, bathing in thermal pools and springs with healing water. Aquapark Tatralandia and Liptovská Mara are only 10km away. Near the village in Liptovsky Mikulas is our well -known canoeist water complex where the winners train.

The village of Pavčina Lehota, where you can find the cottage Maroš, is located near the northern slopes of the Low Tatras, right at the entrance to the famous Demänovská valley. If you want to spend your time right in Pavčina Lehota, in the vicinity of the apartment house Vila Maroš, you will not be bored. Here you will find, among other things, the attractive project of the FUN PARK Žiarce mountain summer bobsleigh track, operating from April to October. It is the first railway of its kind in Slovakia. Modern technologies enable the ultimate driving experience. You can get to the top using the ski lift. You will go down on special bobsleds along a unique aluminum profile at a speed of up to 45 km/h.

Cosy atmosphere, traditional wooden design and peaceful surroundings. Comfortable and well equipped, It has a lovely homely feel while still offering all the modern conveniences you would expect. Wonderful Hosts - One of the highlights of our stay was the hosts themselves. They were genuinely lovely people: warm, friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location is exactly as it is advertised, or even better if I can say, place was neat, with all listed adjustments and equipment. It is a perfect place to visit as a group of people to have private space to spend time together - it is quiet, spacious, and sauna, jacuzzi and playing room are just perfect complementations! Worth noticing that the communication in general and ease of contact with owner are great, always responding fast clarifying or answering the questions!

Ďakujeme pánovi majiteľovi za všetko. Najkrajší apartmán v akom sme boli. Všetko bolo čisté a voňavé. Nič nám nechýbalo. Vynikajúci prístup a komunikácia pána majiteľa. Výhľady do krajiny aj na lyžiarsky svah. Nevedeli sme sa vynadívať. Na toto nádherné miesto s úžasnou atmosférou sa budeme vracať vždy, keď budeme potrebovať načerpať nové sily. Ďakujeme pán Michal!!!!!!!!
