    Oceňujem vysokú úroveň čistoty, svetlosť a príjemnú teplotu interiéru, ako aj vkusné zariadenie s dostatkom úložného priestoru. Veľmi pozitívne hodnotím aj výhľad do zelenej terasy. Veľkým benefitom je aj parkovacie miesto priamo pod apartmánom. Lokalita vhodná na oddych a relax, s výbornými podmienkami na prechádzky v prírode.
