It is built in a gentry (zemiansky) style, and all original decorative elements have been preserved. The exhibition itself consists of 230 historical artifacts donated or loaned to the museum by citizens and natives of the village of Párnica. Here, you can visit a countryside room, a barn, and a separate room with period documents, including photographs illustrating life in the village throughout past years. A true gem of the building is a hand-painted chest from 1908. Among the most interesting artifacts is a military trunk with its original contents, a school chronicle, a savings book from Tatra banka from 1940, as well as a historical document from 1943, likely a predecessor of today's prenuptial agreement.
