A visit to the Forestry Open-Air Museum in Čierny Balog, with its historic forest railway, is also a great trip. Nature lovers will surely appreciate the Bystrianska Cave, the largest in the Horehronie area. In winter, skiers and snowboarders can enjoy the resorts of Tále and Mýto pod Ďumbierom, while in summer, cycling routes like the Horehronie Cycle Route are worth trying.
