Golfové ihrisko Gray Bear Tále
The first 18-hole golf course in Nízke Tatry is part of the popular Tále resort. It is located in the famous Národný park Nízke Tatry national park. The area, rich in beautiful natural scenery and with a well-developed infrastructure, is accessible not only to visitors from Nízke Tatry. The Little Bear academy is available for beginners. Night golf, on the other hand, is an attraction for busy players.
However, the 60-hectare course, with its original design and clear layout, requires player accuracy and patience. The excellent turf is reminiscent of the courses of the British Open in Scotland. Opened in 2002 by Ryder Cup captain Tony Jacklin, it is the venue for the most prestigious golf tournaments in Slovakia. Since 2019, the course has held a full-star Certificate of Quality, which it earned through its excellent services. Electric push carts are fully prepared and available for players.
The surroundings of the Gray Bear Tále golf course are filled with natural beauty, mighty coniferous forests, and stream beds. The Tále recreational resort, which is part of the Horehronie region, is suitable not only for golfers but also for passionate hikers and families with children. After a great game, you can visit the prírodné kúpalisko Tále natural swimming pool in Horná Lehota or explore Tarzánia Tále, where both children and adults will find something to enjoy.

In the case of sufficient snow cover, the Gray Bear Tále golf course offers its cross-country skiing tracks over a route of almost 5 km. Artificial lighting is available in the evening on a 1 km long track. Choose from a wide range of accommodation near the Gray Bear Tále golf course and visit this touristically attractive area. The Náučný chodník Medveďou cestičkou nature trail or Prameň Sama Chalupku spring are perfect for a hike. In the summer, you can cool off with a visit to the Jaskyňa mŕtvych netopierov cave or Bystrianska jaskyňa cave.
